I purchased this after speaking to one of their representatives. I informed them I have sensitive skin, rosacea and am sensitive to strong odors. I’ve tried washing my face numerous times with this product but the odor is overwhelming. It is very strong and my face feels greasy afterwards. Yes it is an oil but I was assured this wouldn’t happen.

I switched to the PCA line from another line that also has growth factors in the products I used. I loved the products but packaging was an issue for me. Within three days of starting this line, the lines around my mouth were showing again and I look older. That part disappoints me. I was using the Age Renewal Advanced Serum at night with the HA and moisturizer and the Exlinea Pro peptide serum and the HA in the morning followed by sunscreen. I've started using all three (the Age Renewal Advanced Serum, Exlinea and HA) both morning and night and my face looks dewy and brighter but sadly the lines are remaining. I'll give it a while longer but I don't spend this kind of money to go backwards (unless it's in age). I'm in my early 70's and haven't been taken for over 60 in a long time until now. I'm switching to the PCA moisturizer to see if that helps; although, I'm using a good one now. I'm really hoping it just takes PCA longer to show good affects and I'll wake one morning looking -60 again.

I’ve gone through many tubes and love the sunscreen. I ordered a tube though and when I depressed the nozzle the sunscreen squirted out around the nozzle. LovelySkin replaced the tube for me. The new tube works well to dispense but the cap doesn’t stay on. I’ve never had issues before with packaging so not sure if PCA changed something. The sunscreen luckily is still great.

No other word can describe this product except the word, “Wow”! I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and already my dark spots have faded into oblivion. I have used so many products to try and erase these spots, products that promised to eradicate them , but to no avail. I wanted to start the new year without having dark spots and now I can’t say this worked for me. I apply it twice a day, and have already ordered another bottle of the pigment gel pro so I will never get those spots again.

I love these two products more than anything. I have only ordered always from LovelySkin.com. The service is fast and very quick to respond to emails. About these products the cleanser is super sensitive skin approved it keeps my skin clear everyday of the year and the retrinal used on face and neck at the age of 58 is what keeps my skin young every night of the year, two times a week is what I started at over 10 years ago and I just love the way my skin has become. I've been using this on my face, neck and chest area. It's very easy to use and because the bar is SO hard, I think it will last a long time. The sponge is a nice exfoliant and my skin feels soft and smooth after I use it. I've only had it a few weeks so too early to tell if it will be lightening my spots and pigmentation but it feels like a good cleanser that is gentle but effective.
