Since using this product, my hair is noticeably less dry and brittle. I'm also able to comb through my hair and complete the detangling process in half the time I normally would have to spend (very long color treated hair). I use this product with each hair wash.

I've used other Acidic Bonding products without a problem. In fact they worked very well and made my hair healthy looking. So wanted to try the Redken 5 minute liquid mask. Read the directions and followed them. I only left it on 5 minutes and rinsed well. My hair felt like it was coated and not at all silky or smooth. It felt like straw. Styling it was a nightmare. I tried it one more time a month later and while it didn't have the coating feeling on it, it still felt like straw and not at all silky feeling and again, styling it was rough. I'm sure it works well for others but for some reason it did not work well for me.

Leaves hair feeling nurtured yet not oily or heavy. Also, a short cycle of 3-5 min to condition hair. Love it. New craze! … more
