What is Allē?

Allē is the loyalty program from Allergan Aesthetics. It replaced Brilliant Distinctions(R) in 2020. Allē Members can earn points on 50+ aesthetics products and treatments for savings on Allergan Aesthetics products and treatments, including SkinMedica.

I already transitioned my Brilliant Distinctions account over to Allē. Can I use my Allē points on LovelySkin.com? ?

You will be able to earn and redeem points in Allē on your SkinMedica(R) purchases from LovelySkin in early 2022. For questions on redeeming your Allē points on LovelySkin, please contact our customer care team.

Will my Brilliant Distinctions® account automatically transfer to Allē?

No. Your Brilliant Distinctions® account won’t automatically transfer, but transitioning is easy. Visit alle.com to learn more about transitioning your account.

How do I transition my current Brilliant Distinctions® account or join Allē?

Visit alle.com for details to join today. If you are currently a Brilliant Distinctions® member, you can upgrade to Allē, and your points, rewards and status level transfer with you.

How long does it take to get my Allē appreciation offers?

Appreciation offers will be deposited into your Allē Wallet on a monthly basis, depending when a transaction was recorded. If you are not seeing your appreciation offers, check back in or give our customer care team a call.

Can I still use my Brilliant Distinctions® account to earn points to convert to my Allē account?

If you have already transitioned to Allē, your Brilliant Distinctions® account has been disabled, and you are not able to log in to earn points in Brilliant Distinctions® to convert to Allē. However, all of your points and rewards transfer with you.

What products can I earn Allē Rewards points on at LovelySkin?

You can earn Allē Rewards points on any SkinMedica product purchase at LovelySkin.com. You must have a LovelySkin account and purchase SkinMedica products to earn Allē Rewards points.

What is the point conversion for SkinMedica products?

With every $150 spent on Allē Rewards products, you'll earn 100 Allē Rewards points. 100 Allē points equate to $10 in rewards off any SkinMedica product purchase at LovelySkin.com.

Does Allē Rewards have membership tiers?

No. Unlike Brilliant Distinctions®, Allē Rewards offers just one status tier. However, once you accrue 1200 points, you can advance to an A-List member, which is equivalent to the Brilliant Distinctions® Diamond Status.

Do Allē Rewards points expire?

Brilliant Distinctions® rewards expired nine months after the last time you earned them. Allē Rewards points last for twelve months.

How do I redeem my Allē Rewards points?

The more you earn, the more you can save! Once you earn at least 100 Allē Rewards points, you may redeem them on any SkinMedica product purchase at LovelySkin. Rewards apply to SkinMedica products only and cannot be applied towards tax or shipping. To use your Allē Rewards points, be sure to log in to your LovelySkin account and connect to your Allē Rewards account. Once connected, your Allē Rewards will be available as a payment option at checkout.

Allē Rewards points will be applied to your order by rounding down to the nearest 100 points or $10 increments. For example, if you have 347 Allē Rewards points, you may use 300 of those points, which equates to $30 off SkinMedica products in your LovelySkin order.

Important: Once your LovelySkin order is placed, Allē Rewards points are non-refundable. Points will not be reinstated for order cancellations, returns or exchanges. Special circumstances will require investigation.

Can I earn LovelySkin rewards points and Allē Rewards points on the same purchase?

Yes. You can earn both Allē Rewards points and LovelySkin rewards points on any SkinMedica purchase.

Can I use Allē Rewards points on LovelySkin Auto-Replenish orders?

Allē Rewards points and/or rewards are not currently available as an automatically recurring order payment method.

What else do I need to know about Allē Rewards?

With Allē, you no longer need to turn points into rewards to redeem. All your rewards are converted into points when you upgrade your account.
