Wash face with AFA Cleanser. Apply the masque evenly over the face. Leave the masque on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with a generous amount of cool water. Do not rub. Use once or twice a week as a deep facial.

This really helps your skin exfoliate. Use the 19% gel also and have seen amazing improvements in my skin. I'm 61 and did a lot of sun damage back in my younger days. Well worth the money.
