The Cream Cleansing Gel: Apply to damp skin. Gently massage the facial cleansing gel in circular motions to form a light lather. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
The Essence: May be used daily, or as desired after cleansing.
With Hands: Using your fingers, pat The Essence into cleansed, dry skin on the face, neck and décolleté.
With Cotton Pad: Alternatively, dispense The Essence onto a cotton pad, and sweep over clean, dry skin. Allow The Essence to penetrate the skin for a few moments before applying your Augustinus Bader moisturizer or oil.
The Rich Cream: On cleansed, dry skin, smooth the desired amount over the face, neck and décolleté, morning and evening. In upward sweeping motions, massage the cream along your jawline. Sweep from your nose to your ears and across your forehead and massage cream over the cheeks to your temples. Apply the luxury moisturizer from the base of the neck to the tip of the chin and take any excess cream and massage over the décolleté.
The Face Oil: Apply 2-3 drops to clean, dry skin as desired.

I like AB Eye Cream and want to try other products, especially the Rich Cream and Face Oil. This starter kit is perfect for me to sample them. The Rich Cream is very moisturizing but not heavy - it absorbs quickly without any stickiness. The face oil is OK on its own - perhaps best to mix it with the cream on very dry days. Both the Essence and the Cleansing Gel are good but nothing special. I have sensitive skin and don't have issues with any of the products in this kit.

After a month of using these products, I saw no noticeable results. I did break out with whiteheads on various locations on my face (which I never do) from using the "Essence" product. Apparently others have had this issue with that particular product as well. I will definitely not be ordering any of these products again.

I have aging, sensitive/reactive skin with redness in my upper cheeks. I often find myself searching for a more-compatible skin care line, especially during winter. I found that I was able to transition to the line well during the initial 5 days of use, and I observed a reduction in the level of redness I saw in the mirror each day. I liked the texture of my skin as well. However I think the cumulative effect of using all the products in the starter kit started to cause congestion over days 6-8. I have set aside the brand for a week and returned to my prior line to clear out the congestion with the intent to return to the AB regimen and leave out the face oil to see if I have a better result.
