This sunscreen is a solid 3 stars. There is a white cast initially that becomes neutral in about 10 minutes. The formula is a bit greasy. I have dry skin and usually prefer the "dewy" type sun screen but this is a little much for me. My skin does look shiny and has healthy glow with this product which is nice for the beach but not for a day at work. What I do not like it that this sunscreen only offers UVA protection from photo aging but not UVB which protects from skin cancer. Overall, I would use this sunscreen in a pinch since it does not dry out my skin like some other expensive products. My favorite product (for dry skin) continues to be a sunscreen from a different brand.

White cast and left my fragile, type 1 rosacea skin feeling tight and uncomfortable by the end of the day. I woke up with papules the next morning, which is my typical response to products containing propanediol or methylpropanediol. I would love Avene to offer something similar to this with titanium and less zinc, and without the methylpropanediol.

I use this sunscreen on both my face and body daily. It’s moisturizing (I don’t need to apply a moisturizer first) and doesn’t leave a noticeable white cast on my light skin. It does leave a bit of a sheen on my face so I follow up with the Colorescience SPF 50 powder. A great sunscreen for my very sensitive skin.
