For an effortless wash of color, use a fluffy brush (such as our ESSENTIAL BLENDER Dual-Ended Eye Brush) to sweep shadow all over your lid and into the crease, blending upward to diffuse visible edges.
For a more intense wash of color, layer 2 or more shades with different finishes to build a seamless dimensional look.
For an easy smoky eye, apply a deeper matte shade to your lid, and blend a lighter shimmering shade over it, diffusing any obvious lines with a fluffy blending brush. Wrap color around your lower lash line with a smaller tapered brush.

If BareMineral means no pigment and no color, then this eyeshadow palette is the one. Saturate the brush and three passes across the eyes lid and still not noticable color. Not worth the cost. Does not deserve the one star, but that is the only way to rate this product. Where is the -5 when you need it?

I've always loved bareMinerals and this is a nice palette of eye shadow for everyday wear. I'd give it 5 stars, but I still reach for other eye shadows to blend with this palette. There is a mix of matte and shimmery and I use this often and I like the handy packaging. It won't break like many of my eye shadows with plastic packaging do.

I previously had used this wonderful brand and thought I would give this a try although reviews were mixed. It was on sale and actually isn’t worth even the sale price. I was also disappointed in the formula as it takes several passes to show any color on the lid. The colors are a bit “muddy”. The cardboard packaging is a bit cheap and tends to get dirty looking even if you pull the colors pan out to use. I miss the old bareMinerals….
