I use this on my eyelids only and do not use any kind of eye cream under it. I am 62 and do not put it under my eyes because it accentuates the wrinkles. I use a flat brush to put a small amount on the lid up to the brow and in the dark inner corner. It evens and brightens the color and it’s reassuring to know that it has sun protection, too. It stays all day and makes a nice base for any color eyeshadow - dry or wet. No creases even at the end of the day!
