Apply blinc eyebrow mousse on clean and dry eyebrows. Using the wand applicator, gently sweep the wand across the brow line in short strokes, focusing on adding color to existing brow hair first. Once your natural brow has been colored, begin filling in sparse areas by sweeping the wand in short strokes to give the appearance of natural hairs. This allows you to determine the thickness or thinness of the brow. The tip of the wand can be used on areas that need less thickness. Thinner brushes can be used to fill in sparse areas using strokes that mimic eyebrows. Replace wand in tube, wiping any excess mousse off the neck or opening of the product container, and seal tightly. To remove (only when you are ready), use any gentle makeup remover.

I have used the blinc mousse for many years, and it is my favorite eyebrow makeup. My only disappointment was they have now gone from a mascara size brush to a very small brush that I find hard to work with. For me it was easier to control the amount of makeup on the brow with a larger brush and work it in, but I am trying to get used to it.

I wouldn’t buy it again. The brush is small & easy to use. But the the length of the wand is too long. The way it’s designed, it leaves too much product at the base of the brush. I have to wipe that extra off with a tissue per every application or it smears under my brow. Also the color of the mousse isn’t as natural looking at other brands.

This is great stuff. Granted, it's not my favorite brow look for *formal* occasions, as it's not as precise as my "go all-out" brows look (consisting of gel + precision brush followed by a thickener). Yet (because it's the beloved blinc "tubing formula), it also slides off easily with warm water at the end of the day with minimal scrubbing/brow loss.
