Apply blinc eye shadow primer on clean and dry skin. Using the wand applicator, apply a very small amount (a little goes a long way!) with the doe foot applicator. Then blend over your lid with a brush or your fingertip, wherever eye shadow powder will be applied.
Replace wand in tube, wiping any excess product from the neck or opening of the bottle, and seal tightly. Let dry completely. Once dry, apply any brand of powder shadow. To remove whenever you are ready, use any gentle makeup remover.
