Directions

Before showering, on dry skin, scrub your body vigorously from shoulders to toes with a heaping handful of Lemon + Sage Body Scrub (5 minutes minimum.) Rinse thoroughly and cleanse with lemon+sage soap. use up to three times each week. After showering, slather on a generous amount of Body Butter from head to toe, paying special attention to particularly parched areas. Massage FatGirlSlim into trouble spots on the body twice a day for 20-30 seconds to reduce the appearance of cellulite and improve the tone and texture of skin. Rub a pea-sized measure of High Intensity Hand Cream onto dry hands as often as you need to soften. Use frequently for ongoing hydration.

Love this body butter!

Bliss body butter is the best I have ever used, and I have used many over the years. The moisture/softness lasts all day. Smells divine. Hand cream is great too.
