This formula, containing 100% naturally sourced active sunscreen ingredients, provides your baby with broad spectrum sun protection from both UVA and UVB rays. Like all CeraVe products, it also contains essential ceramides to help repair and restore the protective skin barrier. And like all CeraVe Baby products, this formula is free of parabens, phthalates and fragrance.
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, immediately after towel drying, and after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating.

When CeraVe makes a sunscreen, they do it really well!This product is a slightly thick, cream consistency. It contains natural sunscreen ingredients, which are generally regarded as safer actives for younger skin types. Obviously, it leaves a noticeable white cast products made for babies shouldnt exactly be cosmetically elegant. However, it provides natural and reliable protection with UVA1 ray fighting zinc oxide. Its also fragrance free, paraben and sulfate free, and water resistant. (Water resistant sunscreens tend to be more effective than sunscreens in general.) It also contains niacinamide for extra hydration!I even passed it along to my younger sister, whose old sunscreen was clogging her pores. (I didnt have any problems with acne when I used it. Thats a huge plus for me!)
