Pretty expensive for what you get. I get about 4 uses from each disc (+$5 per use)which is okay for maintenance twice a week with a weekly to bi-weekly pedicure. Although, it’s the best I’ve used & seen rated after researching alternatives...apart from my hydrea London pedi file. Overall, works well, if you can afford to keep the replacements coming.

If you already have a Clarisonic Pro, this extra head is worth purchasing to use on your feet. It seems to work the best when your feet are at their worst. I am wondering how long it will maintain its effectiveness, which is why I didn't give it five stars.

I really like this Smoothing Disc, however my feet do not have massive cracking or hard callouses. I could see someone having problems with cracking and hard skin not liking this product. Clarisonic should have an additional option of a more abrasive disc. This one is just right for my feet because they are already soft due to years of Pedis, someone who have troubled areas may not like this disc, it would wear down before they started on other foot. At $20.00 per disc, this might be upsetting. I am happy with it so far. I rated this product 4 stars because there should be at least 1 additional more abrasive option, if this option was available I would have rated 5 stars.
