I did the 21 days straight at first and now just work it in when I'm peeling from Retinol or when I need extra moisture. It does burn at first when you apply it, but that goes away and in the morning my skin is moisturized and I think it keeps the peeling at bay. I put it on THICK and let it soak in all night. And wake up with super bright skin! NEVER causes and rash or break outs and while its a little pricy, you get a big jar of it that lasts a long time. Definitely worth it!
