Gently massage onto damp skin twice daily (AM and PM). Allow product to remain on the skin for 10-20 seconds or use as directed by your physician or skin care professional. Rinse well and pat dry. The product did seem to help even my skin tone, when used with other skin lightening products. However, I noticed an increase in acne breakouts, so not particularly good for acne prone skin, unless you want to use a second cleanser daily as well.
