Shake well before each use. Be sure to apply enough for maximum protection. A general rule of thumb is to use 1 ounce, or a shot glass-sized amount of sunscreen, per application over the entire body.
Apply liberally and evenly prior to exposure to environmental stressors. Reapply at least every two hours.
For Glow: Try mixing with our original Body Shield formula if reapplication results in a bronze that's too dark for your skin tone. Body Shield Bronze is an all-mineral sunscreen and is not meant to absorb into skin like self tanners or stains do. It will stay on until you wash it off!

The texture is very think and it worked as far as sun protection but it gets all over everything. To me it’s like a mix of sunblock and foundation. The color is pretty, it just doesn’t absorb at all and got on everything that I touched.
