I purchased this because reviews of DermaNail said the Cutemol that comes with DermaNail is too small and runs out quickly. When the accompanying Cutemol ran out I started using this and it seems to work just fine. As I said in my DermaNail review, I haven’t been using the product long enough to see definite results, so in another month or so, I may update my reviews up or down. So far, I’m happy with both products.

I bought this to try for certain areas on both of my index fingers that are so intensely dry that they get small cuts in them. This isn't so much a lotion or cream--it has kind of a waxy feel that coats the skin; I am guessing that is due to the beeswax in it. So to me, it is best used at night when you are going to bed.
