Triple Microdermabrasion Face Polish Treatment: Two to three times a week, apply a thin even layer to a clean wet face, lightly massaging in a circular motion for 30 seconds, avoiding eye area. Do not scrub. Leave on for up to 2 minutes (up to 1 minute for sensitive skin). Thoroughly rinse with warm water and gently pat dry.
Pure Retinol Correcting Peel: Once a week in the evening, apply treatment pad over clean dry face avoiding eye area and areas of sensitivity. Allow solution to evaporate and gently massage excess treatment into skin, following with moisturizer as desired. Rinse off in the morning, or sooner if skin feels sensitive.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

I haven’t used this for a long period of time, however l have had no problems with it. I am only using the scrub not the pads. I have very sensitive skin, and the scrub is very gentle but effective and smell so good. My skin is really soft and smooth afterwards. Will continue to use. The sample is lasting a long time because l do not use it every day.
