Apply to clean, dry skin in a circular motion from forehead to neck, avoiding eyes and lips. Wait 3-5 minutes and rinse with water. Use up to 3 times a week or as recommended by your physician. These face pads are amazing! They are pretty strong, so if you have sensitive skin, I don't know if you would be able to handle these. They chemically exfoliate well and make my face glow! I've tried other brands exfoliating pads, and they don't come close to these! The pads are a tad bit scratchy, but I don't mind that! I use them every other day and haven't had any peeling, dryness, or irritation. I haven't broken out either which is a plus! They tingle a little bit when you first start using them, but it will die down after a little bit. My face is very used to AHAs no BHAs, so my skin can handle the strong stuff! Just be careful if you've never used acids on your skin before.
