My skin is mature, and I live in a dry climate. I followed the directions to put in on in a circular motion to apply until the cream turned into oil. I figured rather than washing it off with toner after 10 minutes, I would leave it on overnight. Viola! Smooth, soft skin in the morning. Love it!
