Pour a small amount of  onto dampened hands and apply to a wet face and throat. Work into a deep cleansing lather, concentrating on areas of congestion and oiliness. Cleanse entire face and throat, then rinse thoroughly with water. Use morning and evening. 

Please Note: Alpha Lipoic Acid is highly effective and may cause an adverse reaction on some skin types. Before starting regular use, we recommend conducting a “patch test” for sensitivity on a small area under the ear below the jaw line. If your skin shows an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately.
