I used this conditioner with the Scalp Relief Shampoo. It helped lessen, not eliminate, my scalp issues. But to my dismay it dried my hair instantly and profoundly. I kept using both, hoping that it was going to be temporary situation, but it wasn't. I gave it time, several months, and my hair continued to feel like straw. As a result, I needed to add hydrating products to my hair after leaving the shower. That is something I've never needed to do before using the Derma-E conditioner. I didn't finished the bottle and can't recommend it due to said adverse "side effect".
