I have a lot of blackheads and sebaceous filaments on my nose, with larger pores/blackheads on my cheeks. I have tried lots of products but most just leave me with flaking blackheads - not really a better look. Note: this will NOT instantly remove all blackheads (at least not for me) but it does make incremental improvements each time. After 5-6 uses, I am seeing smaller, clearer pores and it does not damage the skin in the same way that squeezing and picking does. It is gentle enough for my easily irritated skin - be sure to keep your skin wet and follow the instructions on how to pass over the skin.

I was very skeptical before purchasing this. I read the reviews and watched the tutorial on how to use it. I eventually took the plunge and got it. I used it for the first time after shower while my face was still wet, it worked well. I could see all the gunk that came out of my pores. It definitely takes getting used to, I still need to practice on how to use it around the angles. I'd recommend this if you have super oily and congested skin like mine.

Great specifications, especially for the $99 price tag. 33,000 Hz per second is higher than a lot of professional ultrasonic spatulas, make sure to look for one that is at least 30,000 Hz/second. I also like how this is waterproof so I can just rinse it off.

I purchased this because I only go to a spa once a month for facial treatments and felt that I needed more attention to my face. I followed the instructions as I have sensitive skin and even after using the pore extractor (three different occasions) my face was extremely red afterwards and it has created more blackheads in areas of my face where I never had them before. I was surprised that the ultrasonic sensations were similar to an IPL, which is probably why the redness occurred. The serum infuser I am unsure about. I don't see it's purpose either.

This tool can be overused but if you follow the directions and are gentle on your skin it works pretty good. Not every clogged pore is cleaned out but a lot are. I am not aggressive with the extraction mode because my skin is dry. But the infuse mode is awesome. Pushes skin care product into your skin. This device is definitely worth it, would recommend it.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this little gadget. I’ve struggled with some congested pores and tiny blackheads around my nose for most of my life due to oily skin. After several weeks of using the derma pore my pores look cleaner and smaller. Before using it I steam my face to open the pores and continue to spray my face with very warm water to keep it very wet while I glide the machine over my skin. The first couple times I used a magnifying mirror and the results were pretty dramatic. Less dramatic now but my skin looks great.
