Start your treatment with the included PREFLASH Cleanser and end with the POSTFLASH Moisturizer. Specially formulated for use with the DERMAFLASH device, this cleanser and moisturizer duo gives skin the proper prep before treatment and provides soothing hydration afterward.

Use once a week for best results.
Step 1: PREFLASH: Place a quarter size amount of PREFLASH onto wet hands and create a lather. Massage onto face, rinse, and dry.
Step 2: Flash: Insert a new Edge into the device. Press power button once to activate device. Start treatment in front of your ear at cheekbone. Hold skin taut with opposite hand. Using short, feathery strokes, glide device across entire face.
DERMAFLASH can be used in any direction upward, inward, towards or away from nose, and over the contours of your cheek. Device is meant to be used on entire face including the chin, below and above the lip, and the forehead. Avoid eyelid, eyebrows, hairline, nose and lips. Treatment takes just 5 to 10 minutes.
Press power button to turn device off. Dispose of the single-use Edge by pointing the device towards a wastebasket and pressing the eject button, located just below the Edge. Each Edge is designed for single use and should not be reused.
Place device on charging base. Plug USB cord into any USB outlet to charge device.
Step 3: POSTFLASH: Massage a quarter size amount of POSTFLASH into skin.

I just used this for the first time. I found it very easy to use. It definitely left my skin looking and feeling much smoother. I did not experience any irritation. It’s important to hold the device/blade at a 45 degree angle in order for the blade to make good contact with skin — also, the recommendation to use short strokes is necessary for the best results.

I tried several times for this product to work. I watched how to videos, different techniques... but I never quite could see results like I would with a normal razor. I think maybe the razor needs to be sharper? This is a wonderful concept though.

I bought the original Dermaflash and absolutely loved it. When the 2d gen came out they stopped making refill blades for the original version, which is very frustrating. The new blades are smaller and don't fit the original tool. Now you can only get 4 blades as opposed to the original 6 that were in each refill. Feels like I've been ripped off. NEVERTHELESS, I cannot live without my weekly dermablading and I have to say that despite the changes, Dermaflash is still the best product out there.
