So Far So Good

We are all different and I think it's a matter of trial and error to find what works for your issue. This seems to help my arms which have very thin easy bruising skin! Just have to reach in a cupboard and the shelf edge hits me and I have a skin tear or huge bruise. Since using this nightly for a few weeks I am not tearing but still get small bruises but not as bad as before. I will keep putting Arnica on the bruises and use the cream on my arms twice a day as I am able.

My husband has very bad skin and is always itching. I was buying maximum strength hydrocortisone in the double packs and had a tube in every room of the house.
