On clean, dry skin, place device directly onto desired treatment site. Mold device for a snug fit (arms, shoulders, legs, knees) or lay flat (upper/lower back, chest).
For aging and/or acne treatment(s), press and hold the "3" button for 2 seconds to turn on device. Press again to select light setting (red, blue, red+blue) and use for the programmed treatment time of 3 minutes (per treatment site). Device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete.
For pain relief treatment, press and hold the "14" button for 2 seconds to turn on device and use for the programmed treatment time of 14 minutes (per treatment site). Device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete. Remove device.
For optimal results, use device once daily per treatment site and follow with Alpha Beta® Exfoliating Body Treatment 2-3 times weekly.

I love this product and use it every morning with my wake up routine. It's so interesting how the spectrum lite actually revives skin texture and clarity. I do believe it has stimulated collagen, since my skin seems firmer and more even toned. You do have to find the time, but 3 minutes a day isn't really that much.

I've been using LED lights for a while now and like them. Subtle, but definite results when used consistently. I decided to get this particular one to use when I'm in a rush and when I want to cover a wider area. It is quite stiff, so it's hard to get really flat, even when using on the chest. I find that I have to hold it down to get it close to my skin. I also feel that my other red lights (brands that also make professional red lights for medical offices) seem to have more LED lights and may be slightly better made/more effective. That said, this one is great in that it has a 3-minute and 14 minutes timer as well as a blue light option for acne. I like it, but I don't think I love it ass much as my other ones. I'm also a bit concerned about the longevity...I've read some reviews that claim that this brand doesn't last as long and that the customer service isn't great, but I have not had an issue as of yet. I'd probably give it 3.75 stars if I could.
