All peanut oil used in Dr. Hauschka products is refined to remove the proteins responsible for allergic reactions. Although several studies confirm that the allergic potential of such a purified peanut oil is minimal, those with peanut allergies should consult a physician to determine the advisability of using any product containing peanut oil. All peanut oil used in Dr. Hauschka products is listed in the ingredient lists on packaging as “Arachis Hypogaea (Peanut) Oil.
Use mornings and evenings. Massage one to two drops onto clean, dry nails and cuticles. Allow oil to be absorbed. Wipe away excess oil.

You have to push very hard to apply the product. Though I used it as directed morning and night, it did not help my nails and slightly improved my cuticles.
