This is a lovely bath cream. Although other reviewers have commented that it's pricey for the size, I have found that there are no bargains when it comes to bath products and this bath essence's luxurious scent and formula justify the price. I use this once every week or two for a special treat.

This product smells incredible (a little on the stronger side which I like) and you only need a cap or two. It is very calming and helps me wind down before heading to bed. I recommend getting this if your prefer your baths at night.

Couldn't manage without it
At least once a day, I put a small amount on a wet washcloth, spread it around a little, and wash my face. Doing this controls the seborrhea that tends to form around my nose and eyebrows. So much nicer than using a cortisone cream! In addition, the washcloth retains the lotion's fragrance, which permeates the whole bathroom. The lotion is also good for a quickly freshening up underarms, etc.

A little piece of heaven!
I guess this is the replacement for the old lavender bath essence, but the good news is that it smells even better! Its more of a lotion than an oil, but you use it the same way. I pour a little into a bowl of warm water to dip my face cloth in while cleansing (this heavenly compress is the only thing I do to cleanse in the a.m. -- at night I use it w/ cleanser & the Dr. H. cleansing cream). I also use it for a quick sink bath when needed. I havent used it in a full bath yet because I want it to last longer. I love it - it smells wonderful and makes me feel like Im doing something really special for myself.

Smells great-but clumpy
This product smells amazing- not sure if it was clumpy because it was an essence but it separated away from the water and was oily. Wouldn't get again unfortunately but love Dr. Hauschka products.
