Did not work irritated skin

I purchased this for my husband, who has eczema. He used it a couple of times but it didn't do a thing for him. The last time he used it, he had to go wash his hair about an hour later because he found it irritating. One of the warnings on the jar says it makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight, but we live in Cleveland, it's winter, and we haven't seen the sun in 3 months. I would not recommend this product. Unfortunately, it sat in the cabinet for 3 weeks too long for me to return it.
