A little goes a long way and the resurfacing aspects of it are so mild and gentle it is good for daily use even on my dry/combo skin. it is not a scrub so there is no grittiness to it - Eminence does make a really good scrub as well but this is more an every day cleanser that has a mild polishing effect.
