I received this as a free gift from LovelySkin. While I will drink chamomile tea and I’m not a big fan of the scent. So while other reviewers apparently enjoy this product, I do not. So to each their own. It was a free gift but also happen to be recommended to be applied after the Pumpkin Peel, I do use it for the Pumpkin Peel and it clams my skin. I do not feel it provides hydration however. I enjoy the Neroli Age Corrective Hydrating Mist for my every day use, which does smell great! This is only the second item of EOs I don’t like, the other was part of a sample pack and it was coconut scent, which I also don’t like. And please don’t get me wrong I Love EO products. And have purchased many items and enjoy them & their scents. Just not this one.

This did nothing for my skin, which is combination with the occasional hormonal blemish and the start of a few fine lines (I'm 37). The scent was nice with a hint on anise. I did not find it to be moisturizing at all nor was it particularly soothing, just seemed like scented water. I much prefer the stone crop toner for a mild option. I will not buy the chamomile toner again but will try out the rosehip.
