Step 1: After a thin layer of any essie base coat, apply two coats of White Page to create a clean canvas.
Step 2: Create natural-looking flower petals using Point of Blue.
Step 3: Using Pen & Inky, create another layer of petals, smaller than the first.
Step 4: Finish each flower with a few dabs of Highest Bidder in the center, then seal with any essie top coat.
Tip: This natural, free-hand design can be created with any of the Silk Watercolor Shades.
