The special Fillerina 12HA Densifying-Replenishing Lips and Mouth applicator has a tip provided with 3 small stainless-steel spheres for massage.
To correctly dispense the product, press the mechanism on top of the applicator a few times until the desired quantity of gel is released (for the first application, it is necessary to press repeatedly). Spread the gel over the entire surface of the lips and around the mouth by performing circular massages. Wait for a few minutes to allow the absorption of the ingredients. Once the surface of the lips is dry, it is possible to apply the lipstick or lip gloss, as desired.
Important: The gel shall be applied on clean lips. Any feeling of slight tingling after the application is due to the action of the preparation. Apply the product as previously described several times a day. The preparation lasts about one month. Repeat it frequently throughout the year.

I am not at all impressed with this product. Following the directions, it leaves a thin film on my lips which leaves my lips feeling very dry. Then when I apply lipstick or lip balm over it (which says can be done), everything balls up together. It looks and feels gross. I might find a way to deal with it if there was a plumping effect, but it doesn't even do that. Total waste of money.

I really like this lip plumper. I use it in the AM and PM. It goes a long way, so be careful when you pump the product out. You don't need a lot. A watch out / advice using this make sure to keep your lips moisturized. The product started to dry my lips out, so I started to put a moisturizer about 30 min after applying.
