Spread the gel over the entire surface of the neck (performing bottom up massages) and cleavage (performing circular motions). Wait a few minutes to allow the absorption of the ingredients.
The gel should be applied on clean skin. The application should be repeated twice a day, morning and evening and can be repeated several times a year.
