Remove the cap and turn the base of the pen/bottle. Wait for a few seconds until the balm appears at the tip of the applicator. Apply generously to the lips and reapply as often as necessary.
NOTE: Upon first use, turn the base a few times to prime the pen and bring the balm to the tip. Between one to three turns are enough to deliver the desired amount.

I purchased this as my lips are dry and I was hoping for smoother pucker. Initially I did not see or feel a difference, so I continued to used it for another 10 days or so until I finally just returned it. It did absolutely nothing promised on the packaged or summary, and besides being an overpriced lip gloss, which I don't need, it was not worth my money. Disappointed.

I use this lip balm at night and when I work out and keep wetting my lips and making them absurdly dry. It is an impressive product. After trying countless so called "best seller" lip sleeping masks, it was refreshing to actually come across one that actually works. I love it and recommend it if you need serious care, especially if you have mature skin and you need more pampering on the upper lip where wrinkles tend to appear sooner than we want.
