I do think the product helps soften lines. I started with the serum which I thought worked great. I ran out and then decided to try the gel cream and not so sure yet if it's as good, it's too soon. But I will say I was a bit disappointed that it's really a cream. I was hoping it would be more like a gel based on the name but it's not. So I'm not as thrilled with this version, hence the 4 stars.
