3. Press the universal button to turn your BEAR™ 2 body device on. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level. Access more settings via the FOREO app.
4. Press all four metallic spheres to your skin with medium pressure, and slowly glide the device upward over the legs, buttocks, abs & arms, as desired. Access guided treatment videos for specific problem areas on the FOREO app.
5. Microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 body MUST be used with a conductive gel for safe and effective use.

All the way to level 10 and barely felt the microcurrent, so don’t feel this is a very strong device and haven’t seen any changes. There is one available tutorial (outer thigh and booty) on the app but you have to pay a monthly fee to see tutorials on arms and abs. Very disappointing to pay so much for a tool to have to pay again to see how to get the most out of it.
