Download the FOREO app on your mobile phone by scanning the QR code. Log into your existing account, or sign up for a new one. Add device (on the top of your screen). Choose device series ESPADA. Follow the instructions on the app and fill in the purchase information and your device is ready to use!
How to Use:
Clean and dry your face and neck. Turn on ESPADA™ 2 plus by pressing the universal button. Position the light guide onto the spot you wish to treat. Press the universal button to activate blue LED, and hold on skin for 30 seconds. Move the device to the next spot you wish to treat and repeat, or turn off your device by pressing the universal button.

The Foreo Espado 2 Plus is designed to give blue light therapy to your problem (zit) areas. Blue light therapy is designed to kill bacteria. With this said, I decided to try this device in hopes of using less drying skincare products to kill a zit. It is easy to use and charge. Once you turn it on, it will give you blue light treatment for 3 minutes. I’m not exactly sure if your supposed to hold it on one zit for 3 minutes for it to work, or if you can hold it on for 30 seconds to a minute per zit and treat multiple zits within that 3 minute time frame. It probably helped a little, but had to do several treatments (morning & night) before I noticed anything. Overall, it is probably worth giving it a try if you have the patience & time to use it. I only gave 3 stars because I still have to spot treat the pimple with a skincare product after using the device.
