I would give this a higher rating if it did all the things it promises. I have bags, circles and fine lines, but only noticed a difference in my bags after religious use. This makes sense given the vibration’s ability to breakup fluid and allow for proper lymph drainage. Could you get the same results with gua sha or your fingers? Probably, but I don’t have the patience to self massage for two minutes, much less consistently and evenly on both eyes. In addition - and it may be placebo effect - I feel the technology provides additional efficacy self massage may not. Do not drag it across your eyes as instructed. Skin is not meant to be pulled especially thin skin like the eye area. I pick it up and move it over slightly before placing it back down, in the direction from inner to outer eye. Otherwise it pulls the skin and this can cause sagging. In the end, I’ll keep it - especially for those super puffy mornings!

So I got this for a slightly different reason than many reviewers, but I think that my experience still applies. I have a connective tissue disorder that can cause a lot of pain. This builds particularly in areas where there are a lot of muscles (which aren't as effected) to yank on either joints, skin, tendons, any cell of my body. I have been having severe pain up around the bridge of my nose since March. I have had CT scans, MRIs, etc., but my medical team has come to the conclusion it's just flat out connective tissue problems. I bought this while waiting for answers and it HELPS. I use it 2-3 times a day to save my fingers (which have braces to protect them). I am also buying a Gua Sha device from Lovely Skin today to have another massage option. If you suffer from headaches that begin around the eyes, this might help you AND give you skin care benefits at the same time. I do feel that it helps my products absorb better so that less winds up on my pillow at night. I got it in the pretty petal pink. I also have the Luna 3 and I like using the non-cleansing side on my forehead to help with pain as well, but it is too large to get into the areas around my eyes. Lovely Skin is amazing. I'm so grateful to be able to order from a reputable company that is small, NOT AMAZON, and has such phenomenal customer service. Thanks for all you do!

I've only been using the IRIS for a few weeks, but I (and my husband!) have noticed a difference. It appears to have lifted my brow area slightly already, opening up my eyes. I didn't really have a sagging brow to begin with, so it's surprising to me that this has happened and that it has made a bit of a difference so soon - especially that my husband noticed it, too. I am hoping for improvement under my eyes, as well. I also like using the IRIS on the area between my brows, as it relaxes that spot. I use a lowish setting, as the medium to high ones are forceful enough that I can't imagine using them on the delicate eye area. Also, the on/off switch requires my thumb nail to be dug into the depression to turn the IRIS on/off, although the + and - intensity setting switches work easily,
