I bought this for my granddaughter who has dry lips but have kept it for myself. I am using it occasionally on my cuticles which are always dry when the humidity is lower (whenever the furnace is running). It is greasy when applied so let it soak in for 15-20 minutes. It works as well as other products I have used, including petroleum jelly, ointment-based products. But I have noticed that it works better than any of those products. If you want a $16 treatment that is very portable, go for it. I likely won't buy this again and need to give it to my granddaughter!

After applying my bedtime regiment to my face, neck and décolleté, I add a layer of barrier balm to my entire face especially to my fine lines, around my eyes and above and on my lips.
