Hydrating Primer: Dispense a pea-sized amount onto clean fingertips or the back of your hand. Using a brush or clean fingertips, apply to skin, either on the entire face or targeted areas with texture concerns. Blend into skin. Apply after serum, moisturizer and SPF and before you add foundation.
