1) Soak a cotton pad in eye makeup remover. Oil-based is preferred.
2) Press the cotton pad on a closed eyelid, allowing it to gently rest there for 30 seconds. This will help break up the mascara.
3) Swipe the cotton pad downwards in the direction of your lashes, moving gently. Never scrub or rub. Repeat as needed.
