After cleansing and toning, once daily in the evening, press a small amount into dry skin and follow with your moisturizer of choice. Apply SPF the following morning during your morning routine.
If you have sensitive skin or are new to retinol, begin use 2-3x per week and increase frequency as tolerated until you can use it every night.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use retinol products if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription acne medication, or in conjunction with waxing, chemical peels or resurfacing procedures. Always use a high, broad-spectrum sunscreen when using this product.
