Unscrew cap to open refill canister. Insert into bottom of brush. Twist canister into bottom of brush until secure. Remove cap from top of brush. Turn base of brush to unlocked position - it will click. Shake brush upside down to release product. Apply using downward strokes to blend well. Finish with your favorite hydration spray.
To wash, turn base of brush to locked position and remove magnetic brush head. Cleanse brush with mild cleanser. Lay sideways to dry.

I reviewed the instructions but this product packaging is a mess waiting to happen. The individual canisters screw in but if you don’t have the upper dial (which also turns) in the right spot the canister of powder simply falls out on the bottom (and in my case spilled 70% of the powder all over the floor and rug.) one star for good product, poor design.

I thought I would give this a try for the convenience of the brush. I love the golden glow powder but not a fan of the retractable brush. I used it while away at the beach, it seemed that not much of the powder was dispensed despite trying to shake the container. The brush ended up falling out but I was able to put it back. I actually just unscrewed the powder refill from the base and applied it with a regular powder brush. Wanted to love it but I prefer the loose powder.

I have extremely fair skin, so I'm always looking for ways to protect my skin from the sun. I was very excited to try this product as a means of topping off my sunscreen during the day. Sadly, it did not work for me in terms of the product delivery or the color. The powder ended up scattering over clothing, hair around my face. It's a very soft brush, and maybe not a dense enough brush to prevent if from the free fall of powder. Second, it oxidized on my skin. I tried layering it with different products, but to no avail. I ended up looking like an oopma loompa each time. I also found this to be a fairly cakey looking powder. I've definitely used better mineral powders.
