The bottle gives a substantial and effective mist that sets my JI Mineral Makeup while hydrating and calming my 64 year-old skin. Sometimes I use the mist to moisten eyeliner brushes to turn my darker colored JI eye shadows into a nice smooth eyeliner. The rating was 4, as I took one star off for being a bit too pricey. However, I have used these mists for a few years and wouldn't want to go without them.
