I’ve been using the Jane Iredale PureBrow Brow Powder, and while it’s decent, it doesn’t quite live up to my expectations. The formula is fine, but I find that it doesn’t glide on as easily as I’d like. The pigmentation is nice, and the color selection works well for a natural look, but the application takes more effort than it should. It doesn’t seem to adhere smoothly to the brows, so I end up needing multiple passes to get the desired effect. On the plus side, it’s long-lasting and stays put throughout the day without smudging. However, the overall application process could definitely be improved for a more seamless experience. If you don’t mind taking extra time with your brows, this powder could work for you. But for me, it’s just okay—there are other brow products out there that are easier to use.

My aging eyebrows are easy to touch up with the PureBrow Powder. I use the spoolie brush to shape the brow and then the angled brow brush to apply the powder. It just takes a gentle tap of powder for each brow. The color stays all day and it is simple to remove when I wash my face at night. Any grey hairs no longer show.

I find this product fairly easy to use with a brow brush. It lasts all day. I think the color is not quite dark enough for me. The person I spoke with at LovelySkin said the Neutral Blonde would probably be the best color. My hair is brunette with some gray. Skin is fair. I think a slightly darker color would have been better on me.

I didn’t like this brow powder at all. It hardly showed up on my skin no matter how many layers I tried to apply. I bought the ash blonde shade which should have been my perfect shade. My brows are very light and almost invisible without brow color. I’m disappointed, as I really like other Jane Iredale products, but this one was a flop.

I have light skin with dark brown hair and I ordered the dark brunette color. It matches well. This item is very tiny in appearance and forgiving. Even the darker color I ordered appears soft and natural. I would recommend this product if you have a good amount of brow hair. It fills in patches well. However it seems it would not work if you have to draw on your brows.

First I want to thank Jane Iredale for the Zoom invitation to a cosmetic make up session. One of the two most noted key points taje away was the new Pure Brow Powder. I have worn Ash Brown for decades but as my hair turned salt and Pepper it was a bit harsh. The artist was asked "which shade for gray hair". Bingo Neutral Blonde. I love it! First, I'm a fair-skinned redhead with light auburn hair, so it's harder for me to find color selections in any cosmetic line that work for me. In this case, the quality of the brow product is great quality -- like all Jane Iredale products -- but I had a tough time choosing the right color. I debated on the Auburn shade, but it looks quite dark in the photo -- too dark for me. So purchased the Ash Blond, which was also surprisingly darker than I expected and not quite right on me either. I might try the lightest blond shade and see how that works. Meanwhile, I hope Jane Iredale adds a lighter auburn shade to the collection, which would suit fair-skinned, strawberry redheads.
