I hate leaving bad reviews because this may work for some but I don't see how. Know to start the bottle is small for the price IMO. The consistency is very thick so I expected it to be super hydrating. You use it on towel dried hair , leave for 2 minutes then rinse. It literally feels like it is removing moisture from your hair. It does not leave your hair with that slick feeling you can comb through when you rinse. I had to use another conditioner to do the job. The thick texture oddly doesn't break down much in water. Some fell on the shower floor and it never really dissolved. Broke up like a paste. My hair is washed everyday due to styling for work and multiple sports activities requiring hats and helmets. Its also highlighted so its dry and breaks off. Perhaps if you hair has a different issue this could work for it. But not for hydrating.

I don’t need a lot of product to get this on my ends and lengths. I have fine and curly hair that is very difficult to manage and needs a lot of attention to get the right balance of moisture. Too much and it’s flat, not enough and it’s a frizzy mess. Following directions and adding a little at a time before rinsing completely seems to work for me at the moment.
