I use about half a pump for shoulder length hair, and it just adds fullness without leaving a heavy residue like some mousses I have tried. It is also easy to put into a small jar for travel. To be honest it did not work on my hair, I ordered the whole packet, and I had been using for two month and I do not see any results. In the other hand, it made my hair get worst and increased hair loss.
