This is the second bottle of this I purchased, first bottle was from Murads site. It does give me an upset stomach but taking it with food solves that. I haven't noticeably seen an improvement with the spots on my face but I will patiently keep trying for at least 6 months and then take a picture to compare my complexion from the start.
