Desperate to find something to tame my inflamed, bumpy left cheek. Never had an acne issue in my life and then BOOM - hello hot flashes, night sweats and this lopsided acne mess. I hadn't gone to the derm because I figured he'd put me on a pill, and I just didn't want to take meds for skin if I didn't have to. Originally ordered Obagi products through here. Seemed to tame the issue some but nothing significant-still getting some pretty severe flare-ups. Then, I tried this. Skin cleared up within 3 days. No dryness. Some red patchiness still evident, but I wish I had a before-and-after picture to share. I continue to use Obagi Moisturizer - but now only those two skin care products. Plus, I love that I can smooth it on (even dry skin, although not sure you're supposed to) and wipe off with a damp cloth - don't have to go through the whole rigamarole of splashing water everywhere if I don't have to. So impressed that this has worked.

It is by far the best cleanser for aging skin that I have ever tried. I have already re-ordered so that iI can have a tube in the shower and one in my travel bag. Nothing will get rid of my acne, but most products make it worse. This one helps, but doesnt harm! Its terrific!
